Terms and Conditions

I. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Service Provider means SECURITEAM LTD, Archiepiskopou Makariou III, 1-7, MITSI BUILDING 3, 2nd floor, Flat/Office 206, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus.
• Website or Site means the Key-Drop website and its related online services.
• Service means the services and functionality made available through the Site.
• User means a person who is legally permitted to use the Service, has the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agrees to comply with these Terms.
• Terms means these Terms and Conditions.
• Wallet Credits means digital credits available for use within the Service, including PLN, USD, EUR, RUB, UAH, Gold Coins, Event Coins, or other denominations made available by the Site.

II. General Terms

1. The Service may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years old or have reached the applicable legal age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher where required by law.
2. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Access to the Service requires a compatible device, supported browser, and suitable Internet connection. We may discontinue support for particular browsers or technologies when necessary.
4. Users may be required to sign in through a Steam account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.
5. You must not allow another person to access or use your account. If you believe that your account or credentials have been compromised, you should take appropriate steps to secure the account immediately.
6. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
7. We are not responsible for losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
8. Any winnings, balances, or benefits obtained through intentional exploitation of a bug, vulnerability, malfunction, or other technical weakness may be cancelled, and the affected account may be restricted.
9. Users must not abuse the referral or promotional system by impersonating another person or organization, modifying another person’s promotional code, or presenting a personal referral code as an official or special promotional code. Such activity may result in restrictions or removal from the relevant program.
10. Fraud, abuse, manipulation, and attempts to obtain an unfair advantage are prohibited. Unless expressly permitted by the Service, each person may maintain only one account. Multiple or related accounts created to circumvent restrictions may be suspended or permanently blocked.

III. Purchases and Prices

1. Purchases made through the Service concern digital or virtual products and services.
2. Prices, offers, rewards, and other elements of the Service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued where necessary.
3. We are not responsible for transactions that were unauthorized, accidental, or made through an account that the User failed to secure.

IV. KYC and Verification

1. We may request identity verification where a transaction, account activity, payment method, withdrawal, or other circumstance requires additional verification.
2. Depending on the situation, the KYC procedure may require information such as your full name, identification document details, a copy of an identity document, a photograph of you holding the document, or a partially covered payment card.
3. Verification measures are used to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with applicable requirements, and maintain the security of the Service.
4. We may temporarily restrict withdrawals or other account functions until the required verification has been completed.
5. Personal information collected during KYC is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

V. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

1. Key-Drop trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials available through the Site are owned by Key-Drop or their respective rights holders.
2. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use any trademark, logo, or other intellectual property without the prior authorization of the relevant rights holder.

VI. Anti-Money Laundering

1. We take measures intended to prevent the Service from being used for money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
2. Our compliance measures may include:

• internal AML policies and procedures;
• customer due diligence and identity verification;
• risk assessment and monitoring;
• review of potentially suspicious activity; and
• reporting to competent authorities where required by applicable law.

3. We may update our AML procedures from time to time to reflect changes in applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

VII. Chests and Randomized Items

1. The Service may include digital chests or similar features containing randomized virtual items.
2. Items received from a Chest are determined through a random and provably fair mechanism where such mechanism is provided by the Service.
3. By opening a Chest, you acknowledge and accept the item awarded to you and understand that the result may differ from your expectations.

VIII. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Key-Drop and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to:

• your use or inability to use the Service;
• transactions conducted through the Service;
• unauthorized access to your account or data;
• actions or statements of third parties; or
• other matters connected with the Service.

2. You agree to compensate and protect Key-Drop and its representatives against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

IX. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The Site and Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
2. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that all information provided through the Site will always be complete or accurate.
3. Nothing on the Site should be considered legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
4. You use the Service voluntarily and at your own risk.

X. Refunds and Chargebacks

1. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases of digital products and services are final once the relevant product or service has been delivered.
2. We generally do not provide refunds for digital products after an order has been completed. If you experience a technical problem or did not receive a purchased item, you should contact our support team so that the issue can be reviewed.
3. Unauthorized chargebacks or attempts to reverse legitimate transactions may result in account restrictions and may lead to further action where permitted by law.

XI. Wallet and Digital Credits

1. Users may add funds or credits to their Site Wallet for use within the Service.
2. Wallet credits are intended for use within the Service and may be subject to specific conditions, restrictions, or limitations.
3. Wallet credits do not constitute a bank account, deposit, or investment, and should not be treated as a financial instrument.
4. Refunds or withdrawals of Wallet credits are subject to the applicable rules of the Service and relevant law.

XII. Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, or our business practices.

Updated Terms become effective when published on the Site unless otherwise stated.
